Maybe the biggest offshore book there is, BetWWTS makes our ten (10) best sportsbooks list simply because they've been around forever and have always kept their nose clean. In fact, they're one of the few offshores that's actually publicly traded! There's nothing fancy about this book, and many bettors don't find them at first since they don't run heavy publicity campaigns, but almost all the big hitters have an account here.

Short for Cost Rican International Sports, CRIS was one of the pioneers of the offshore industry. The linesmaker is a sharpie, so CRIS isn't scared to hang rogue lines.
