Pacific Poker Online Poker Room Review:
Pacific Poker has actually been around for a long time-which makes sense, since their software plays like something developed around the time of Charlemagne. Seriously, Pacific Poker has not done a very good job of updating their client. But that's OK as far as we're concerned, since Pacific Poker has one very important thing going for them; i.e., you will not find fishier ten handed Texas hold em games anywhere on the 'net. And believe me when I say I've checked.

Now I can't say they have the softest 'six players max' Texas hold em games, since that distinction is owned by Inter Poker, a site which has somehow found a way to recruit every terrible Texas hold em player from the other side of the Atlantic. But when it comes to full games Pacific Poker has no rival. Micro limits, medium stakes, the $15-$30-it just doesn't seem to matter. Pacific Poker offers you access to quantity of fish that will simply blow your doors off.

How do they do it? I can't say for sure, although part of the reason has to be tied up in the fact that Pacific Poker is tied in with Casino-On-Net, which is the biggest online casino in the business. So, you get a fair number of true gamblers strolling into the Texas hold em games. In any case they've found a formula to attract and retain the fishiest Texas hold em players around, and that formula shows no signs of failing.

All of course is not rosy with Pacific Poker. As I mentioned earlier the software is just plain bad, and they're not real interested in offering reloads or other incentives. But really, who cares? Cashouts are always handled promptly and professionally, which is the only real thing that matters, and their Texas hold em game selection is right behind Party. Multiple $10-$20 and $15-$30 Texas hold em games are the norm, and there are always plenty of Texas hold em tables running at the smaller limits. Check this room out-when you cash in a week later for five times your initial deposit you can send me a Christmas card.
