One of the most colorful players on the pro circuit, Men Nguyen has to be counted amongst the elite tournament players active today. His career accomplishments are spectacular, including two world series bracelets (though neither are in the main event) and a host of 7-stud and Omaha championships. Like his fellow countryman Scotty Nguyen, Men is not afraid to talk it up at the table-or drink, for that matter, as he almost always seems to have a Corona on hand when he's at the felt. We have a deep and abiding respect the quiet classiness of players like Lederer, Ivey and John Juanda, but there's something about Men Nguyen that's absolutely irresistible. Whenever he's on TV you can be sure that both of us are glued to the set.
